Payment

  • Currency accepted is USD via Venmo, CashApp, and Ko-Fi

  • Payment is given before or during work on the commission, not after.

  • Upfront Payment is accepted

  • Please give me a realistic deadline. Anything shorter than 3 days will not be accepted.

Copyright Infringement

  • Selling my work.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own

  • Altering the artwork without my consent

General Guidelines

  • By commissioning me you have read and agreed to my terms of service.

  • I hold all rights to my works, including but not limited to distributing, use of self-promotion, or reposting.

  • I do not authorize using any of my art as NFT's.

  • I also do not authorize any of my art being fed into AI generator in anyway.

  • I have the right to refuse service.

  • Any mistreatment to artist is prohibited and will not be tolerated.

Process & Delivery

  • Depending on the commission, the delivery process will take no longer than a week to complete.

  • The time of delivery is based on activity of the buyer responses, delays may arise depending on this.

  • If delays arise, you will be notified.

  • The completed commission image will be sent in PNG via email (this way you will receive the art in it's full quality).

Copyright & Usage

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order or refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason I see fit.

  • I hold all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as other medias.

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any media, set as a profile, background, or banner, so long as credit is given.

  • You may not make profits from the commissioned piece.

  • You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.

Refunds & Cancelations

  • I don't do refunds if I've already begun working on the commission, unless client has paid upfront by their choice. In that case, refunds can only be given during the rough and clean sketch.

  • You will receive a full refund if I'm unable to complete the commission.
